Cancellation and Booking Policy

• 1. Guests may cancel the reservation up to 2 days (48 hours) prior to the date of arrival for no charge.
• 2. Cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
• 3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
• 4. No-shows without notice are not refunded.
• 5. In case of shortening your stay after check-in, the total tariff of the booking will be charged.
• 6. Reservations made for the period from December 20th to January 10th are non-refundable.
• 7. Payments made will be returned through the original payment method within a week from the date of booking in case of cancellation.
• 8. Cancellations and modifications must be done by email or call.
• 9. Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. on the date of arrival. Early check-in is only possible if the reserved cottage is available the night before your arrival.
• 10. Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. on the date of departure.
• 11. Reservations should be paid 100% in advance.
